I just wanted to put a posting on about our friend Kenny Preston. He passed away yesterday at 6:20am after battling cancer. Kenny had been a loyal supporter of our jam and you could always rely on him for a good steady rhythm and a strong "G" run. Kenny liked his Martin Guitars and was our resident expert on the different models and variations. There is a memorial service scheduled for this Saturday 4pm at Pine Ridge Presbyterian Church 7600 NW Barry Road 64153. Please keep Kenny's wife Marcy and his family in your thoughts and prayers. Here is a photo of Kenny from Bill's slide show that was posted on the blog. It was taken in July shortly before Kenny's illness was diagnosed. Kenny we will miss you.
